By accessing or using EchoClip.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

User accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

You retain full ownership of any content you upload to or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Credits

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credit packs purchased separately (top-ups) do not expire.

Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, though your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
