Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your EchoClip subscription. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period. Contact support@echoclip.ai.

Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you cancel within 14 days, you will receive a full refund.

After 14 days, you may cancel at any time but no refund will be issued. Your plan remains active through the end of the annual period.

Credit top-ups

Credit top-ups are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits from top-ups remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.

If a credit purchase was made in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount), contact support@echoclip.ai within 48 hours for a correction.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@echoclip.ai before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve the issue within 3 business days.

Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.

How to request a refund

Email support@echoclip.ai with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
